Q01How is pricing structured if there's no published rate?
Evolve commercials are bespoke. Most engagements are a blended monthly retainer covering the named team, plus milestone-linked outcome payments tied to the roadmap your board signs off on. We share indicative pricing within the first scoping call, typical Evolve programmes run between SGD 80,000 and SGD 250,000 per month depending on team size, scope, and concurrent workstreams.
Q02Can we co-fund Evolve under IMDA or equivalent schemes?
Yes, case-by-case. Most Evolve programmes qualify for partial co-funding under IMDA's enterprise grants, MDEC's digital transformation schemes in Malaysia, and equivalents across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. We map eligibility during discovery and handle all paperwork. Co-funding typically covers 30–50% of qualifying scope.
Q03How do you staff a 3–10 person team for 12+ months?
Every Evolve team is named at contract. Engineers, tech lead, delivery manager, and programme director are committed to your engagement for the duration, not rotating in and out. If a team member leaves EIS, we honour a four-week handover. We do not sub-contract.
Q04Can we start smaller and graduate into Evolve?
Absolutely, that's the typical path. Many Evolve clients started with Accelerate or Deploy, validated the partnership, and graduated when scope expanded across business units. Work and IP carry forward; you do not pay twice for the same architecture.
Q05What happens to the systems and IP after the engagement?
Everything we build is yours, code, architecture, models, documentation, and runbooks. We do not retain rights. EIS AI Academy materials are licensed for ongoing internal use. If your team is ready to operate independently, we hand over and step back; if you want us to stay, we extend.
Q06How do you handle governance across regulated industries?
Every system is built against published frameworks, AI Verify, NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, and sectoral rules (MAS, PDPA, HSA, BNM, OJK). We produce the evidence pack your auditors and regulators need, and we sit alongside your compliance team in design reviews.
Q07What if our board wants to pause or scope down mid-engagement?
Evolve contracts include quarterly review gates. At each gate, scope, pace, and commercials can be adjusted with 60 days' notice. We recommend completing the FORGE phase you're in so deliverables hand over cleanly, but we do not lock you in.
Q08Do you work alongside our existing consultants and SI partners?
Yes, we frequently sit alongside Big Four advisors, system integrators, and in-house teams. We're explicit about scope boundaries: EIS handles the AI engineering and governance; your other partners handle what they do best. We coordinate, we do not compete.
